The Digital Trade & Platforms (DT&P) team is seeking talented individuals to join our new pillar, the Channels & Deployment Team. As a Digital Trade Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for on ground implementation of DT&P projects and initiatives. You will be involved in test design and pivoting based on insights gathered from trade interviews and Field Sales execution. You will support linking of commercial programs with customer needs and pain points and enable management's decision-making on ongoing implementation and future expansion of DT&P innovations and projects. YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Implement and deploy promotions, innovations, platform enhancements and activities on field, in collaboration with the rest of the DT&P Team (Customer Experience, Platform and Customer Insights and Relationships Team) with adherence to agreed guidelines and considerations. Meet internal timelines in relation to the implementation of activities and processes which are key to the achievement of project and test objectives, flagging any potential delays. Develop and standardize test and execution reporting templates for monitoring purposes. • Extract, process, and manage information and insights from the field and provide work streams visibility on project related reports. • Develop training materials and modules for Field Sales that captures best on ground execution for digital trade programs and innovations – both for onboarding new Field Sales and cascading new programs to incumbent Field Sales Force. Work together with Commercial Capability Development team in executing training sessions. • Ensure regular communication with Field Sales and DT&P group to ensure all information are shared across the Execution Team, while getting feedback from them as well. • Perform regular field visits (at least 60% of the time) to execute surveys, trade interviews, and work-with reviews of Field Sales. Design own route plans aligned with the implementation design and timelines, pivoting continuously depending on the results of each test and trade needs. Share regular feedback on trade and Field Sales to Manager Digital Channels and Deployment to continuously identify knowledge and capability gaps and design necessary trainings. • Give ample support in the delivery of monitoring and progress reports to determine level of compliance relative to actual execution of program strategy. Prepare and document project execution sign-off for every area of execution • Attend regular project team meetings to consolidate all learnings from the different stakeholders in HQ and from the field. Actively share learnings and raise potential risks based on information gathered from the field and other stakeholders to aid decision-making. • Know and stay in compliance with the letter and spirit of applicable laws, and standards of business conduct reflected in our Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies. Complete all required compliance trainings and work with the supervisor to address potential compliance risks and seek to take training relevant to these areas.
