It’s the perfect start to your career. The Challenge This intern will support the analysis, design, build, deployment and user support of IT Solutions and IT progresses. Engage with stakeholders (e.g., users, vendors, peers, etc.) to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the IT landscape. • Provide IT (technical) advice and assistance to customers to enable them in implementing their strategic plans through the application of relevant standards, practices, processes, and tools within assigned scope; • Provide maintenance and support of local and global IT solutions; • Perform troubleshooting and solving of IT issues as they occur in day-to-day business; • Understand the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions; • Support in the design, build and deployment of IT solutions and/or IT processes and/or delivery of IT services in collaboration with relevant functional teams; • Build and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope; • Carry out relevant policies, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance of the respective IT solutions and/or services; • Collaborate and share knowledge and intelligence with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies; • Complete the deployment and/or localization of global IT system solutions, in line with project schedule and mentorship of project team. Who we are looking for: • Technical course within Information Systems or Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent with additional certificates, degrees, or experience within IT; • Good user of Microsoft Office tools; • Strong motivation for development and learning; • Analytical skills and Problem-Solving mindset; • Digital driven; • Any programming and/or database knowledge/experience will be a plus; • Advanced level of English (spoken & written); • EU citizenship or a valid work permit to work in Portugal.
