אנו מגייסים Promoter LAMPs & Event! קצת על התפקיד: תכנון והוצאה לפעול של אירועים, עיצוב החוויה ב-LAMPs (Legal Age Meeting Places) במסגרת חיי הלילה, תפקיד עם השפעה על החוויה של מעשנים בגירים והשיווק של מוצרי ומותגי החברה! במסגרת התפקיד עליכם יהיה לעסוק בתכנון והפקת אירועים יסודיים ומסודרים, להוביל תהליכים מורכבים ולנהל פרויקטים בחיי הלילה, להוביל ולרתום צוותי דיול. אז אם אתם מכירים את חיי הלילה ועולם ההפקות, ויש לכם נכונות לעבוד בשעות לא קונבנציונאליות (ערב ולילה), אנו רוצים אתכם איתנו! התפקיד דורש 60% עבודת שטח 40% ממשרדי החברה בת"א (היברידי). איך יראה היום שלך (תחומי אחריות) • הובלת תהליכים ופרויקטים בתחום חיי הלילה והפקת אירועים • בניית קשרים והיכרות עם תחום חיי הלילה – מפיקים, מקומות, טרנדיות • עבודה שוטפת מול בעלי המועדונים בתפיסת "Business Partner", ניהול מו"מ עם ספקים שונים • ניהול, בקרה, רתימה וחיבור של צוותי דיול בשטח • עבודה בשעות הלילה כשלוש פעמים בשבוע (בשעות מאוחרות) • פיקוח ובקרה על מלאי מוצרים, ניהול תקציב • שת"פ מול צוותי המותגים, משפטית, כספים ורכש • מתן תמיכה לחברי הצוות בפעילויות במהלך היום, ניתוח נתונים ובניית מצגות אז מה אנחנו מחפשים (יכולות וניסיון)? • שנתיים ניסיון בחיי הלילה ובהפקת אירועים - חובה • ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים וניהול מו"מ – חובה • ניסיון בניהול תקציבים, ספקים ועמידה בלו"זים צפופים - חובה • נכונות לעבודה בשעות הלילה, לפחות שלוש פעמים בשבוע • הפגנת יצירתיות וגמישות למציאת פתרונות יעילים • תקשורת בין אישית גבוהה , וורבליות ושירותיות, יכולת עמידה מול קהל • אמינות גבוהה ויכולת לעבוד ולהניע תהליכים באופן עצמאי • סדר וארגון, ניהול משימות, "מולטיטאסק", יכולת להוביל מספר פרויקטים במקביל • שליטה מלאה ויכולת תפעול תוכנות אופיס (אקסל, פאוור-פוינט, וורד) • רמת אנגלית – טובה (דיבור, כתיבה, קריאה) – יתקיים ראיון באנגלית • בגרות מלאה, תואר ראשון – יתרון We are hiring a Promoter LAMPs & Event! About the role: Plan and execute events, designing the experience in LAMPs (Legal Age Meeting Places) within the nightlife framework, a role with an impact on LAU experience and marketing of the company's products and brands! As part of the role, you will be involved in planning and producing thorough and well-organized events, leading challenging processes, managing nightlife projects, leading, and connecting the field service teams. So, if you are familiar with nightlife and the world of event management, and you are willing to work in unconventional hours (evening and night), we want you with us! The job requires 60% field work & is 40% office based in TLV (hybrid). The employee will report to the Supervisor CE, Events & LAMPs in the Marketing Function. What your day will look like (responsibilities) • Leading processes and projects in the nightlife field & event production • Building connections with the nightlife stakeholders – producers, places, trends • Working with club owners – emphasizing "Business Partnering" model & negotiate with suppliers • You will have the opportunity to supervise, control, engage and connect field service teams • Supervising and controlling of product inventory, budget management • Working in late hours - about three times a week • Collaborating with the brand team, legal, finance & procurement • Support team members with daytime activities, analyze data, build presentations So what are we looking for (abilities and experience)? • Two years of experience in nightlife and event production – a must • Experience working and negotiating with suppliers– a must • Experience in managing budgets, suppliers and meeting tight schedules - a must • Willingness to work at night at least three times a week • Demonstrating creativity and flexibility to find effective solutions • High interpersonal communication, verbality and service-orientation, presentation skills • High reliability and ability to work and motivate independently • Good task management, ability to lead several projects simultaneously • Full control in Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • English level – good (speaking, writing, reading) – An interview will be held in English • Full matriculation, bachelor's degree - an advantage
