Philip Morris Management Services Middle East Ltd. is looking for a qualified SFP Supervisor to join the team in Kuwait. As a SFP Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in establishing and expanding our smoke free product offerings. Knowledge of the industry will drive our success in building awareness and conversion to SFP brands through data-driven decisions, project management and exploring unconventional channels. While leading on event activation for the full SFP portfolio. Your ‘day to day’ • Lead on Building p4 platform in Kuwait, stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ offerings. Use this information to make data-driven decisions on product assortment and pricing. Research and identify popular smoke free products, flavors, and accessories. Collaborate product team to curate an appealing and diverse product range that caters to Kuwaiti consumers • Smoke Free Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing initiatives while maintaining cross-functional collaboration closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging in marketing materials • Smoke Free Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track sales performance, and optimize inventory turnover. Ensure that popular items are always in stock while minimizing excess inventory • Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to create SFP brands marketing campaigns. Highlight new arrivals, seasonal flavors, and limited-edition products to attract customers • Lead on KWT SFP Event management focusing on enhancing brand awareness, drive conversions, and build equity through engaging and impactful events. • Focus on exploring new channels to enhance awareness and drive conversion for the smoke-free product portfolio.
